About the artiss:
With his distinct style Merijn Hos has created his own visual language and universe in which he acts as the Art Director. In 2012, Merijn started a series of Wood Sculptures, depicting objects which are omnipresent in his work, such as plants, faces and pottery. Distilled to their most simple forms, narrowing each item down to the essence of their shape. His inspiration is drawn from Art Brut and Folk Art.
