Welcome to The Jaunt, where we combine the two best things in life; Art & Travel.
Thank you for being here and enjoy exploring.
Our next upcoming trip:
#131: LISa COngdon
Artist: Lisa Congdon
While her own biography only states that ‘Illustrator and author Lisa Congdon is best known for her colorful, graphic drawings and hand lettering’, there is a lot more to it than that. Through a combination of activism, awareness and creativity, Lisa Congdon knows like no other to inspire a new generation. Through inspirational quotes, vivid colors, and a healthy dose of optimism, Lisa’s work capture the attention and makes you think.
You can find more work from Lisa on her website: www.lisacongdon.com
Destination: Tour of Giants
The Tour of Giants is a ride into the wild heart of the Pacific Northwest, where quiet roads wind beneath towering old-growth forests and the landscape seems to grow bigger with every mile. The popular bike route crosses the remote Siskiyou Mountains, follows the Rogue River toward the rugged Oregon coast, and even dips into Northern California to ride among ancient redwoods. A challenging journey, but one that Lisa Congon is eager to undertake.
